Teen Self-emPOWERment PlayShop is a program designed to help empower teens to love themselves & find happiness in their lives, despite the current issues and challenges they may be experiencing, no matter of what nature. It was inspired by the workshop called Love Yourself – Heal Your Life® created by Louise Hay on her affirmative principles of self-love, acceptance & her philosophies.
The Teen Self-emPOWERment PlayShop is facilitated and lead strictly by trained Heal Your Life® instructors, who are licensed to conduct these workshops.
Two different age groups are recognised with the focus on age groups 12-14 and 15-18.
In the play shop the teens learn new skills & tools to assist them in living a more self-fulfilling life, while supporting one another through the process, as all teens will learn from each other, while reflecting, sharing their life experiences to experience the tools in person and integrate them int their life or into their therapy of any nature they may be undergoing.
In these interactive PlayShops, teens will engage, learning new resources through exercises, discussions and reflective work, art work etc.
Teen Self-emPOWERment PlayShop is intended solely for teens, and creates a safe and comfortable environment for teens to open up, learn, adapt and contribute to their life experiences in creating a change and bringing a balance to their life.
