Mirror work is a comprehensive program which explores all aspects of the body, mind, and emotions because awareness is the key to changing oneself, this workshop offers you a unique opportunity to discover who you are, uncover limiting beliefs and their impact, all while gaining the confidence to live life with purpose & fulfilment. This program is designed by Louise L Hay.
We will work together from Monday to Friday for one hour each day, on zoom call to help you transform your core beliefs into new empowering beliefs.
Mirror work will enable you to increase self love and open doors to abundance in every area of your life.
Each day, we will work on different facets of our life with :
*Mirror Work exercises
*Powerful deep Self Reflection exercises
*Visualisations
*Deep and healing Meditations.
