Louise Hay touched my life when I was in school, 8 th grade. My mother had bought the book Heal Your Body. I was fascinated by the mind-body connection and used it exhaustively, sharing it at school and through college. I attended a Heal Your Life workshop when I was 16 and it made a huge impact with the issues I was dealing with as a teenager. A dream to share this work with people was born then. Several years later, here I am, a certified Heal Your Life workshop leader! I believe deeply that the answer to everything we look for externally is accessible to us, if only we look inside. It is my passion now to share this knowledge and make a difference in people's lives. I also practice reiki, yoga and naturopathy to improve health and wellbeing. I look forward to meeting you at workshop to share lots of love and learning!
