YOUNG PEOPLE’S EMPOWERMENT PLAYSHOP
This is a comprehensive program which explores all aspects of the body, mind, spirit and emotions. These session are designed to help empower young people in loving themselves & finding happiness in their lives, despite current issues and challenges they may be experiencing. It is inspired by the adult Heal your life workshop created by Louise Hay which is based on her affirmative principles & philosophies. The Empowerment workshop encourages sharing in the group so that they learn from each other. It becomes a space for young people to learn new skills & tools to assist them in living a more self – fulfilling life, while supporting each other through the process.
