Teenagers nowadays are experiencing increasing levels of stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. As a parent, we know… The best gift we can give our teens is to empower them with the right tools to believe in themselves and love themselves.
What the workshop offers for the participants:

As a trainer, I’ve worked with many kids to help them realize their self-worth through mind-body connections. I’m conducting a 3-hour online workshop for kids.
