Our Mother energy represents the feminine energy in us. Imbalance in this part can cause issues like lack of assertiveness, excessive people pleasing and dis-eased condition on left side of the body. Many of us do not have a great role model of becoming a good mothers or we are trapped in the perfection of it.

​So this Mother’s Day, I welcome you to attend my FREE 90 min session. Where we will:

• become aware of our past limiting beliefs about motherhood
• release negative emotions like anger, fear and guilt related to motherhood
• create harmonious relationship with ourselves, our mothers and our children
• relax and reflect into a deep grounding meditation

​After the session, you will get

• handouts of positive declarative statements to honour the mother in you
• audio file of a deep relaxing meditation
