MY STORY

“Listen to your Heart, Follow your Passions & Avoid Herd Mentality”

This was the Mantra shared to me by my Art Teacher at very impressionable age.

But in the hustle bustle of busy city life somewhere it got buried under the carpet.

I had a good family, good Art Career, manageable money , a good descent life. My friends would tell me I had it all, but secretly I thought “ if only you knew “.  From within I was feeling vacuum, incomplete, no direction in life, lack of Self motivation, no drive. I was crippling with lack of Self Worth & Self Esteem. In my complete unawareness, I had used food & work to numb myself for years.

Nothing could make up for the lack of Self worth & Self Love. 

Despite external signs of success I was battling with stress, sleepless nights, an eating disorder & low Self Esteem. I constantly compared myself with other people & never felt Enough. Besides that I came across acceptance issues in one of my relationship with my loved ones. 

That was the end of the world for me. I was devastated, lost in the crowd. Did not know how to manage my Self. 

It took a lot of Soul searching, a couple of workshops & training programmes & truck - load of Self discovery where eventually I realised my problem was not my relationship, my Career, my Body or my appearance……

My problem was How I Felt About Myself …My Relationship with myself.

The things I strived for didn’t bring me happiness, because, underneath all the layers of ‘success’, I didn’t feel GOOD ENOUGH.

With that realisation my life changed completely.

Thanks to Heal Your Life Course, it was my saviour . It changed my perspective towards life. 

I finally accepted who I was & made peace with myself & my body, my relationships with my loved ones.

I begun to live my life rather than just exist.

I again recollected the Old Mantra shared by my Art teacher at the early stage of my life. Now I could see myself thriving in my life & with a strong urge, I got a calling to share the Life changing Mantra - the hidden treasure to the world.

So I armed myself with the skills to happen. I trained as a Heal Your Life Holistic Coach, Emotional Empowerment practitioner,  Law of attraction - Prosperity Coach, NLP Practitioner and I launched my own signature Programmes. 

Currently I am the Founder of Come’ome and I intend to walk with you on this journey of fully embracing Life !

Come’Ome is a sacred space, for you and me. We delve together on the highs and lows, rise from the depths and soar beyond.
