My tryst with Louise took place in my teens when the book "You Can Heal Your Life" found its place on my bookshelf. Being an avid reader, I read it in one go and something within me moved. I tried to put various practice to use in my day to day activities. The sheer knowledge of a connection between mind and body intrigued me beyond imagination, and one fine day I stopped taking medicines. It had been 11 years since, and I haven't popped a single pill. Over the years, the need to take medicine subsided greatly. The profound shift in my thoughts regarding health made me keep going back to the book time and again to seek answers to various other things in life. Louise Hay had an answer to it all!
Being an Architect initially along with a Yoga Teacher, now when I am a Heal Your Life Workshop Leader, I eagerly look forward to share my experiences with people and be a catalyst to help them to change their thoughts and hence their lives. As Louise Hay quotes, "Every thought we think is creating our future."
