What is the Heal Your Life 2 day workshop?
The Heal Your Life® 2 day workshop covers all aspects of the body, mind and spirit. It is a truly amazing life changing experience that will impact on every participant so their lives become happier, healthier and more successful in all areas.
This workshop was developed by Louise Hay in the 1980’s. When you participate in this course you will experience exercises that help you to identify old limiting beliefs, and then to let go of them so that you can love yourself and others more fully. We have never ‘done’ it all.
Working with the four aspects of yourself: body, mind, spirit and emotions, you will learn why you may be sabotaging yourself or recreating the same undesirable situations over and over in your life. In just two days your life will begin to turn around and miracles will begin to happen.
Inner child, family dynamics, learning how to love and accept, changing thought patterns and the use of positive affirmations are just a few of the topics covered in this powerful 2 day workshop.
