Join us for a powerful 21-day Forgiveness Workshop inspired by the loving teachings of Louise Hay. In this healing space, we’ll meet 3 times a week for 10 transformational sessions, dedicating one hour each to mirror work, heart-opening reflection, and deep emotional release.
Together, we’ll explore forgiveness with parents, partners, friends, and — most importantly — ourselves. Through powerful reflection exercises, guided meditation & visualisation , inner child work, and mirror exercises, you’ll gently peel away layers of pain, blame, and fear to make space for love, peace, and miracles.
