Join us for a Transformative 2-day Love Yourself, Heal Your Life workshop, based on the powerful philosophy of best-selling Book – “You Can Heal Your Life ” by Louise Hay.

Day 1
Focuse on identifying and releasing old thought patterns that create emotional and physical pain. Through guided exercises, affirmations, meditations and group sharing, participants will learn to replace negative beliefs with loving, supportive thoughts that nurture self-worth.
Day 2
Deepens the healing journey with forgiveness work and inner child healing.
