I experienced Louise Hay's transformational work in 2009. Struggling with failed IVF, loss of my furry baby, upheaval and chaos (inside and outside) rudderless and lost - inner child work, loving my body, forgiveness, affirmations and visualisations became my anchor.
The philosophy and the tools touched a chord so deep that I went on to assist HYL Coaches and Workshop Leaders in their quest to spread love and light. After 11 years of living and breathing this work I completed my certification and became a licensed Coach and Workshop facilitator.
Today I work with individuals and groups both online and offline.
I firmly believe that each of us is born to shine our light unapologetically. What comes in our way is our limiting beliefs, stories we tell ourselves of lack and old stuck patterns rooted in fear.
