I got introduced to Louise's work when I was 15, through her book that a friend had brought to school. The ideas intrigued me and as I explored her work further, I found myself totally drawn to her simple and powerful teachings.
They have helped me come out of the deep hole of self-criticism and loathing that I was buried in for many years, and taught me to truly love and support myself.
I believe this work is deeply impactful and so important for every person on this planet to know. And I feel deeply privileged to be able to share it with others so they too can experience the transformation I have felt in my life.
