I am a spiritual being living a human existence. 

This life is dedicated to understanding the self, and the closer I get to that, the more happy I feel.

"What makes me happy? Really happy?". This is the most often asked question. And yet the most un-answered one.

There is no one answer. But if you ask some people who are really happy, what is it that makes them that way, there is only one common answer, and that is " I listened to my heart and did what my heart told me to do".

 The heart has a voice, a feeble one, that often gets drowned in this noisy, busy world full of obligations and duties.

But the good news is that there are ways to listen to your heart. And when you do that, the thought that follows, can change your life, can lead you to your destiny, can give you happiness.

 I've been working in the field of advertising for 24 years, have come across many forms of creative expression, like verbal, visual, audio-visual, each one of them being unique yet as effective as the other.

 This nudged me to understand each way and creating simplified workshops, all based on the art of listening to yourself.

Not only am a licensed Heal Your Life® teacher, holding workshops that bring people a step closer to living a life of their dreams, I also practice and lead many other forms workshops like Chakra Healing, Creating your life vision, Painting your inner voice through a Mandala, Understanding mind-body connections, Managing stress through Inner Work, Meditation made easy, Appreciating the Benefits of Chanting and The Art of Extreme Self Care for women.

I also lead “The Shadow Workshop” which is about understanding and dealing with your inner demons or your dark side

I also conduct sessions of “The Wish Game ® - which is about bringing your wishes alive.

All these workshops are about listening to yourself so you can walk towards what your heart desires.

It my life mission to bring at least a million people closer to themselves and feel happier.
